Welcome To Trey Smith Racing!
In 2004 Trey began racing go-karts at the age of 9. He won his first feature in 2005. At age 11, Trey moved into a mini-sprint. He raced at tracks across Indiana, Michigan and Ohio throughout the summer while also contending for the track championship at Hartford Speedway Park where he finished a close second. Trey won 3 feature events and set fast time during his first year racing mini-sprints. Trey also developed skills in the mini-stock class where he raced a limited schedule to get the feel of a full bodied race car.
Can't Wait to Get Back on the Track!
After a long winter, Trey Smith Racing is ready for Spring! Trey plans to race both 360 and 410 Sprint divisions in 2010. He will race a limited schedule with S.O.D. and fill in the gaps with 410 racing throughout the Midwest. After finishing 2009 as "Rookie of the Year" at Butler Motor Speedway, Trey hopes the momentum carries into this year. See you at the track!
